With 30 million runners that run 3 times per week or more and 85% of them dealing with some kind of injury each year, we know that something is missing. You can’t just see race programing as mileage and speed. The old paradigm says if you want to be able to run further than do more miles, if you want to be faster then run faster paces.
Our approach shifts the old paradigm. We give you tools and diagnostics to assess your own bodies and stay injury free. Let’s start having conversations about how to run, where are we are broken, what are our faults, how can we create efficiency and good mechanics. Once you have the language and tools to understanding running, then we can add distance and speed. It is every runner’s right to know how to take care of their own body and maintain healthy tissue, healthy ranges of motion, and stay injury free.

Hot Dash 5K + 10 Mile Training Package: 10 weeks

- Two Fly Feet Tread and Shred classes/week. (20 total)
- Saturday specificity race training class at Fly Feet. (9 total)
- Sunday long run w/ dynamic warm up and mobility/recovery work (9 total)
- For a total of 38 classes.
Members: $150 (workshop + 18 weekend race training sessions)
Non-Members: $400 (38 classes)

Didn’t join at the kickoff, but still want to get in on the fun? No problem. If there is still space, you can hop in mid-way through and pay per week. Weekly packages include 2 Tread and Shred classes, Saturday specific race training class and Sunday long run class.
- $40/week non-members – that’s four classes/week.
- $15/week members – Sat/Sun race training classes.
