Sugar Detox

Sugar is in everything.  A 12 oz bottle of Gatorade has 21 grams of sugar which is almost one day's recommended consumption.  In addition to the health impacts, sugar also decreases our ability to perform in our workouts, and causes long-term fatigue.  So, let's tackle this one together!  We're doing a SUGAR DETOX in our Spring Training starting on March 10th.  Join us, won't you?

The first time I truly realized what a coach was was in the weeks leading up to my very first boxing match. During training camp my coach, Alfonso Vazquez, would check in with me on a regular basis to make sure I was feeling ok and that I was getting the right amount and right type of training in ... Without my coach, I wouldn’t be half the boxer I am today.
