1 frozen banana
¼ cup oats
2 tablespoons nut butter or seed butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1-2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 ½ - 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or nut milk of your choice
1-2 unpitted dates
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smoothie consistency forms.
