We all know it feels true, but now the science confirms that music helps us perform better in our workouts. The American College of Cardiology found that people listening to music were able to exercise for longer than those that didn't. The study goes on to say that music can have a powerful impact on our mood, signaling the brain to release feel-good and energy-boosting chemicals.
