Burger Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 3 green onions, minced
- salt to taste
Burger Directions
- Ppreheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and top with the rack from a roasting pan.
- In a larget bowl, combine turkey, curry paste, green onions, and salt.
- Shape meat into patties and place on the roasting rack. Bake the patties until the burgers are cooked through, about 20 minutes
- Prepare the slaw while the burgers are cooking.
Mango Slaw Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 English cucumber
- 3 green onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, minced
- ½ teaspoon red curry paste
- Salt to taste
Mango Slaw Directions
- Cut mangoes, peppers, cucumbers, and onions into thin strips and place in a large serving bowl. Sitir in lime zest, lime juice, honey, mint, curry paste, and salt.
- Let marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
