This is a great on the go snack that takes just a few minutes to make. Great to have on hand to fight mid-day cravings!
- One large banana
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or sunflower butter
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds or sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- Peel the banana and place on parchment paper
- Spread butter evenly to cover just the top half of the banana.lengthwise.
- Spread and press the hemp seeds and pistachios over the coated half
- Slice the banana evenly and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
