Recipe: Banana Sushi

This is a great on the go snack that takes just a few minutes to make.  Great to have on hand to fight mid-day cravings! 

Fly Feet Running - Banana Sushi


  • One large banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or sunflower butter
  • 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds or sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios



  1. Peel the banana and place on parchment paper
  2. Spread butter evenly to cover just the top half of the banana.lengthwise.
  3. Spread and press the hemp seeds and pistachios over the coated half
  4. Slice the banana evenly and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
