Join us Sundays in September at the Wayzata studio at 7:30am, for an outdoor run with special guest speakers on a range of topics like recovery and nutrition. We will have a different guest every week who will share their training knowledge and also offer personal care post-run! We’ll have at least two Fly Feet staff on every run guiding you through our favorite Wayzata routes with a range of distances and paces. Routes will be available for distances ranging from 5-10 miles.
Special Guest: Dr. Reid of Minnesota Movement Chiropractic will be joining us, a local expert in identifying and treating the why for any aches and pains through integrative chiropractic work focusing on muscle therapy and rehabilitative exercises.
