Fly Lab: Pull-ups

Couldn't make the Fly Lab for Pull-ups on Wednesday night? No problem! We got you with covered on Saturday.

Come join us for a 60 min session where we break down all things pull-up.  This is designed for all levels, whether you are working on getting on the bar or working on technique for muscle ups this Fly Lab is for you.  An amazing workout is also included as part of this lab. Come ready to sweat!
