1 Mile Time Trial

Stride class is taking on the 1 Mile Time Trial! It’s an all-out 1 mile effort for you to chase down your best time or use it as a benchmark to track your progress over time. The one-hour session will include a robust warm-up, an energizing environment to test your limits, and plenty of time to mobilize and recover post-workout.
