Katie describes joining Fly Feet in 2016 as a life-changing decision and, as a coach, hopes to inspire others to make positive life changes as well. A competitor at heart (she qualified for Boston during her first marathon), Katie is constantly challenging herself to do better and Fly Feet gives her daily opportunities to do so. After 15 years in retail and advertising, Katie is ready to turn her passion for fitness into a career and show her three young boys that it’s never too late to go after what you want. When she isn’t at Fly Feet, you’ll find Katie with her family, planning her next travel adventure or sipping a cup of coffee (with cream, please) while plugged into a podcast.
