“It is not just about making the healthy choice the easy choice, but make the healthy choice the possible choice." - Dr Ed Ehlinger
Jackie was introduced to the importance of healthy living at a very young age due to unexpected life events. From there her passion grew for the health field when she received her degree in Community Health Education and certification as a lifestyle change coach in college. Since college, Jackie has worked with community health initiatives with a focus on: workplace wellness, school wellness, mental health, and the aging population. Along with community health work, she has worked as a health coach to help individuals develop a healthy lifestyle for a hospital.
A big part of healthy living is through physical activity, which is what initially brought Jackie to FlyFeet. What made her want to stay is the positive environment of team members who are constantly challenging you to be your best self.
When Jackie is not at FlyFeet you can find her traveling the state on the next adventure, rollerblading, and spending time with loved ones.
