Carlie is someone who has always had a deep passion for all things fitness and nutrition. As a competitive soccer and basketball player growing up, she has always been determined to improve and be her best self. She finds joy in overcoming challenges and getting out of her comfort zone. As a current student at the University of Minnesota studying Nutrition, she considers her interest in fitness and nutrition not only as hobbies but rather a lifestyle. She aims to share her passions with others by pushing them to become the best version of themselves. In her free time, you can find her at the beach, finding new healthy recipes, hanging out with family and friends, and doing just about anything outdoors.
