This is a sustainable lifestyle built on healthy habits. You will build your own personalized plan with guidance from our coaches and support from the community. Let’s do this.

What is the Fly Feet Challenge?

Just like everything Fly Feet, we can’t promise it will be easy, but we can promise that it will be worth it.  The Fly Feet Challenge is about embracing a holistic, healthy and sustainable lifestyle with the flyest community and coaches that have your back. We’ve got everything covered for you: 

Nutrition

Recipes, nutrition guide, pantry list, foods to avoid, restaurant guide, tips for how to manage the program without feeling restricted.

Workouts

Scientifically created to get you fitter, faster, stronger. TREADMIGHTY workout on day 1 and day 28 so you can see progress. Travel workouts included!

Recovery

A deep dive on mobility, compression, and active release.  Tips and tricks and when to use which tool. 

Winners

Turn in your scorecard for a chance to win prizes including a free month of membership for one male/female at each studio.

 

Healthy Habit Focus

Our lifestyle is a collection of habits.  You’ll pick one habit to dig into and focus on with the goal of making that an ingrained part of your life.

Check-ins

Optional (but amazing) weekly meetings led by our coaches with the community to check in on progress, discuss tips/tricks and key topics like meal prep, mobility, habit hacks, etc. Every Saturday on the schedule.

Week #4

Learn how to recover like a boss. Come out of the 21 days with a focused week on recovery in order to crush TreadMighty on Saturday, 2/2. Use this week to focus on how to transition into a sustainable lifestyle post challenge.

1:1 Challenge Coach

Weekly checkins with a coach for personalized goal setting session and an accountability buddy!  $50 for the month of the challenge

 
 
 

 
Fly Feet Running - 21 Day Challenge

 This plan includes foods that naturally provides slow releasing energy.  Many people suffer from fatigue because they eat foods that are filling, but lack nutrition.

Interested in the challenge, but feeling like you need to do a little prep work? No problem! Everything you need to know for your first experience is right here. Sign up for our revamped Fly 101 class in December. It’s free, so bring all of your friends. This class will help build your base level of fitness and ensure you know all of the components of a class to be successful.
