Program overview

This is a 60 minute workshop (not a workout) where we’ll walk you through how the program works, the point system, the nutrition, the workouts, and how to successfully manage it all for you.  We'll get into the science of why we train the way we train and how to create a nutrition plan that works for you.  You'll walk away enlightened and ready to conquer the world.

Treadmighty Workout: SATURDAY, January 5 and Saturday february 2

Start off your challenge with a TreadMighty workout. This is the only Fly Feet workout that repeats so that you can track your progress over time.  It’s measurable, repeatable and observable.  You’ll do it at the beginning and the end of the challenge to show your improvement.  The game changer this year is that we’re building in a “recovery week” as our last week of the challenge so that we can get our bodies ready to crush it. It’s kinda like a time trial, but way more fun.
