The Experiment

We are all a work in progress.  We are all on our own journeys toward fitness and living our best lives.  Our ambition at Fly Feet is to inspire you to continue chasing your best life. 

But sometimes, life gets crazy and we fall off the wagon… for longer than we’d like.  And sometimes, it’s hard to know where to start again.   And then what?  We’ve alllllll been there. 

What if there were something that helped you get back at it just the way you needed?  That felt safe? That felt supportive? That felt like an easy way back? That felt… inspirational?  With people that were just like you, on the same journey?

The Experiment.  


It’s your on ramp back into fitness.  It’s four weeks starting in July.  Sign up and get fit with a group of people that all have the same goal – to get back at it in a way that works for them.  The Experiment is your way to work a training regimen back into your life.  It allows you to try something for just a month to see what might happen if you commit.  Trust us, this is a no regret move.  You’ll see the change you’ve been looking for in four weeks.

Here are the deets: 

  • Kickoff off on Tuesday, July 11th at 10:30 a.m. at Fly Feet.  Workout from 11:00 – 11:45.
  • Four weeks, twice a week.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 – 12:00.  July 11 –  August 3
  • $99 for 8 classes.  (As a comparison – our 10 pack is $190… you can’t beat this.)
  • Space is LIMITED!
  • You must be a new member to Fly Feet, working through an injury, or don't remember the last time you worked out.

One more thing… don’t tell yourself that the time doesn’t work for you.  Prioritize yourself for four weeks and make it happen.  We’ve created this one-hour space for an amazing community to come together and support each other.  This is how change happens.
