Summer Challenge

The biggest game changer in body composition for people is nutrition.  Period.  But there is So. Much. Out. There. The macro diet, the keto diet, the atkins diet, Whole 30, Paleo, the list goes on and on and on.

The reality is, there is not any one diet that works for everyone.  To figure out what’s right for you, you have to take a trial and error approach.  Some people respond well to a high fat, low carb diet, and others can’t perform well with that regimen.  You won’t know unless you make a concerted effort to tinker and learn and discover.  And when you actually do that, we guarantee you’ll be surprised at what you learn.

Our role is to provide you with as much information as possible, provide you a forum to try new things, and support the incredible community along the way.

Understand what the right nutrition plan is for you.  Experiment by limiting your carb intake.  If you’ve never tried adjusting your carb intake, this could be a game changer for you.  We’ll talk you through this at the kickoff.  

Workout

See us 14 days in a row.  We program your recovery.  Fun and insightful diagnostics along the way.

You’ll track nutrition (carbs), sleep, hydration, and your workouts.
