If you miss pizza, then you’re going to love this. It tastes even better, in my opinion, without all the nasty ingredients. This recipe is very easy to modify and you can add whatever you want to it ... vegetables, mushrooms, different cheeses, etc.
2 lbs. Ground Beef - 0g
1 cup Salsa - 14g
1 medium Onion - 10g
Spice, Garlic Powder - 0g
1 cup Shredded Cheese - 4g
8 strips Bacon - .8g
Total carbs: 28.8G
Dice onion and cut bacon into small slices.
Mix browned ground beef, salsa, onions, spices and garlic powder at the bottom of a baking dish.
Add shredded cheese on top.
Spread bacon slices over the whole thing.
Insert into oven, heat at 375°F for 30-40 minutes, until bacon and cheese look crunchy.
