Working on your Range of Motion

Whenever we teach mobility we talk about testing and re-testing while you’re working on your movement practice. My favorite mobility drills are the ones where you can see a noticeable difference in your movement before and after you spend time on it. This hamstring stretch may take some time to generate results but there is an easy test and re-test to see where you’re at and where you can be.  Watch Ben’s progress and then try it yourself!
