Our Best Lower Back Fix

The lower back is where we stabilize our bodies for most of our movement in life - whether it’s running, lifting, or just carrying groceries!  If you are out of good position, you are likely going to suffer from pain or even spasms.  Our favorite trick to alleviate low back pain is compression and rotation with a lacrosse ball.  Do it with your super friend or by yourself.
