Welcome!  Whether you are a workout fanatic or getting acquainted with exercise for the first time, we’ve got you!

It’s Your First Time?
Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class and let our front desk staff know that you are new.  Before you arrive, here are three tips:

  1. Hydrate!

  2. Try not to eat anything for about two hours prior to the workout.

  3. Don’t worry about stretching and warming up.  We take care of everything for you.  

  4. Ok, one more … get excited to have FUN!

What is Fly Feet Running?
Fly Feet Running offers high intensity group fitness classes designed to get you in your best shape, period.  We do that by offering classes that have three components; Running, Strength and Recovery.  The workouts are dynamic which means the amount of time spent on each section changes daily.  Along with our workout classes we offer a retail assortment that will inspire healthy (and stylish!) living.

How do I sign up for a class?
Go to FlyFeetRunning.com and click “schedule a class”.  Or, download our app.  If it’s your first time, you will be asked to create a profile and accept a waiver.  

What should I bring to class?
Good athletic shoes, workout clothes and a positive attitude are the only essentials.  A water bottle is also a good idea, you can refill at the studio or we also sell water at the studio.  We have the rest.  

Amenities
We offer complimentary towel service and fully stocked locker rooms with showers.

Are the Treadmills Special?
Yes, we train exclusively on Woodway treadmills because they provide the highest quality running experience available. These are the same treadmills that are used by professional athletes and in Olympic Training Facilities.  Woodway created a running surface that is the ideal softness to eliminate the shock to connective tissue while not changing proper biomechanics.  In short, it’s the smoothest run you’ll experience.  

Do you have an App?
We do. Once you're logged in you can sign up for classes, update your profile and use it to check in when you arrive.  Both Android and iOS are supported.  

How long are classes?
Our classes are just under an hour.  They are very fast paced and the entire hour is packed with mental and physical goodness.

Can I leave a class early?
We highly recommend that you stay for the entire class.  Classes end with mobility and stretching, which allows your body to start to recover… an essential part of training smart.

What if I am late?
If the class is not full then being late only costs you some calories.  We will do our best to accommodate, but if there is a waitlist, we release your spot to anyone who is currently on the waitlist if you aren’t present three minutes before the class starts.  If this happens, you are allowed to join the next scheduled class (pending availability) with no additional fee.

What if I am early?
Our retail area will be open M-F 9am to 6pm and we will open the doors for classes at least 20 minutes prior to start time. Plus, we offer healthy snacks, free wifi and a place for you to catch up on work/instagram.

What are your membership policies?

  • Contract begins on date of sale.
  • Client will be charged for first month on date of sale and will be automatically renewed every month thereafter on that same date.
  • Contract is month-to-month.
  • Contract entitles you to unlimited classes pending class availability.
  • We kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy should you not be able to make a class.
  • You will receive 10% off apparel and certain accessories as part of this membership along with other discretionary perks.
  • You must notify the studio at least 14 days from your monthly billing date to cancel the upcoming month.

How do buddy passes work? 
Founding & Unlimited members will have the ability to workout with someone for free each month.  On the 14th of every month that you remain a Founding/Unlimited member (hopefully forever!) a new pass will be credited to your account.

  1. Have your buddy sign up as a client on our website so that we can ensure they have a waiver completed.  
  2. Next send and email to us at lets.fly@flyfeetrunning.com and let us know (1) Your buddies name (2) What class you would like them to attend

Cell Phones
Cell phone use is not allowed in the treadmill studio or locker rooms. Please let our front desk staff know if you are working out and expecting an urgent call.  We make sure that you don’t miss that call.  We do have community space where you can catch up on email or make a call.

What if I sign up for a class online and I can’t make it? 
If you need to cancel a class there is no penalty for doing so more than 8 hours from the scheduled start time.  You can cancel a class from our website or app by logging into your account and clicking cancel. 

Do you allow walk-ins?
Walk, run, roll - all are welcome.  Just know that your best chance of securing a spot is by scheduling ahead of time.  

Will you watch my kiddo while I workout?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to accommodate childcare.  If your child is independent and able to self supervise they are welcome to hang outside the studio while you train.  

I am currently injured, should I still come?
It depends.  Our coaches are extremely talented and able to offer scaled alternatives.  We will ask about injuries in every class so please make sure and let someone on our coaching staff know if you're working through something.  We will help you find an alternative that works for you.  But of course, no matter what, you should always ask your doctor first.

I am pregnant or just gave birth, should I come?
First, ask your doctor.  When you get the green light from your doctor come on in.  From there, please let our coaches know you are pregnant and we will make sure you have an workout that is worth it and works for you.

Can my membership be put on a freeze?
A “freeze” refers to placing your eligible membership on hold for a period of time. Members with eligible memberships are allowed to freeze for a total of 30 days within one year but each individual freeze must be a minimum of 7 days.  

Do you have an insurance reimbursement program?
Yes! Fly Feet Running is set up as part of the Fitness Reimbursement Program with a number of health providers. They are also letting us submit workouts all the way back to December 1st.  If you have any questions about getting set up please let us know.
