Josh thrives being challenged! Whether it’s in the studio or playing a variety of sports.  An avid soccer player his whole life, Josh has dabbled in all sorts of fitness from running to power lifting. He has a B.S. in Construction Management, which has brought him to many places in the western US. As a coach, Josh wants to bring his positive attitude, smile, and drive to help others achieve their goals. After tearing his ACL and having complete reconstruction in 2016, He knows what it takes to practice functional movements, and train for longevity.
