Christie has a passion for health and fitness. Whether it’s the annual turkey trot with her family or a half marathon with her friends in Spain, she loves to run with others. It wasn’t until she started teaching group fitness classes at the College of St. Benedict & St. John’s University that she knew she was meant to help others become their healthiest, strongest, and best self. She’s a firm believer that there is no better place than Fly Feet to make that magic happen. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her enjoying the MN lakes, frequenting a nearby coffee shop, or trying out a new recipe (that usually involves chocolate).
